28 Timber Ridge is a 1275sq ft single level condo on the lower level at the far western end of the development. The condo is reached via a single flight of stairs (all under cover) to the private entrance door.
We have a private deck facing south and west with stunning views over the village and the Monashee Mountains complete with a 6 person Hot Tub.

The ski-locker is just outside the front door on your way to the ski-run. You just can't get better than this!

On the South side of the condo is the lounge and the dining area with large windows on the south and west sides and fantastic views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with bar and bar stools. The seating area is around the stone-surround gas fireplace and TV / DVD / video and stereo. Also here is the access to the deck and Hot Tub.

On the North-facing side of the condo are the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a 'twin over double' bunkbed. (A double bed with a single bunk above it). There is a private laundry center with washing machine and tumble dryer.
